How to solve the Problem "Windows was unable to complete the format" in Pendrive

Sometimes you cannot (actually Windows cannot) format a USB drive or to a particular File system (eg: NTFS, Fat32, etc) in GUI mode. So there is a solution to Solve this Problem. By using this tricks you can easily Format the Pendrive.
The Error is like as below image.

Procedure to Solve this Problem

Step 1:  Insert your USB Drive in your computer.

Step 2: Go to Desktop and Right Click the Computer icon and click Manage.

Step 3: After that you will get a new window and you just click the Disk Management

Step 4: After that Right Click at your "Protect Removable Disk" ex: "Removable Disk (K:)" 

and Choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths..."

Step 5: After that simply  Click "REMOVE", then Click "ADD" .

Step 6: Finally Try to Format Your Pen Drive or USB Drive again.

Its done..Now your pen drive is formatted easily. so try this tricks.
