How to manage your comment in Blogger

Having a blog means getting post comments- here's how to manage them

Anyone who runs a blog- professional or personal- will get reader comments on most of their posts. It's one of the fundamentals of having a blog. People who read your posts will no doubt want to either thank you for such an informative article or observation, or they might want to offer their own opinion, whatever that may be.

Either way, as a blogger, you need to know how to manage those comments and choose which ones to keep or which ones to delete. In Blogger you can choose a couple of different ways of removing your comments, and you also have the options of managing you spam folder. In the next four steps, we'll show you just how easy it is ...

1: The Comments section

Log in to your Dashboard and click the 'Comments' link to the left. Once on the Comments page, the first thing you will see is, unsurprisingly, your comments.

2: Published or spam

You have two places where your comments are stored - Published or Spam. We advise occasionally checking your spam folder for any legitimate comments.

3: Deleting the content

You can remove comments by clicking 'Remove content' and Blogger will let your visitors know it was removed.

4: Deleting a comment

Deleting a comment will get rid of it altogether. Click the comment you want removed and click the 'Delete' button.
